Etubula – Ahmed Ahmeddin (Dorona) – Asmara Choir
This song was first written and performed by Ahmed Ahmeddin (Doro-
na) in 2006 to celebrate the construction of the Asmara–Assab road. In
it he takes us on a sweeping journey along the stretch of the Southern Red Sea and all the natural wonders it has to offer. The Afar word Etubula literally translates as “behold.”
